manage worlds loads indefinitely

Question

I'm able to load into the last household I played but when I try to go to manage worlds, the screen just doesn't stop loading. I've tried uninstalling the sims 4 and reinstalling, removed my mods folder and ran the program, issue consisted. repaired my game, cleared cache, I relocated my The Sims 4 folder and ran the game to get a new set of folders, and the problem is solved in the new save, but the screen lags and flashes shapes and lines constantly. So it became even more unplayable. I can't find any other advice anywhere and I'm really devastated and miss playing.&nbsp;

@OEP0623  Can you load any household on that save ? What platform are you playing on ? Did you read the sticky post in this forum on endless loading/crashing ?

@OEP0623 What were your results when testing other families ? Have you narrowed down if it's the family or the lot that causes issues ?

The flashes were on the new save, right ? Did you have them on the old save too ?

Could you post a video/picture of the graphic issue ?

I'm playing on my PC thru windows. And yes I've searched everything that's available on the web, and wiping files seems to be the last level of enforcement that i can find.&nbsp;

In the new save the game runs fine except the screen flashes' and lags and makes it unplayable. And in the original save the only way i can switch households if the household im playing meets with another sim, and i use cheats to force play as their household. and when i do that i still cannot load into manage worlds.
