"Manage worlds not available in this game mode"

As you discovered you can't enter Manage world from the main menu. Click the Continue button, the Load button or New game button where you will end up at the manage world screen.

Thanks for the reply! There is not option for me to load a game only to hit the large play button which takes me right into CAS. The famlies I create and place on lots end up in my library each time I quit and re-open the game. The only thing it allows me to do it CAS. I used to be able to access manage worlds from the main menu but it is now greyed out. If I go into my library and try to place a family I made previously onto a lot it will not let me. It forces me to go into CAS to move forward with the game.

It sounds like you exit without saving the game. After you have created a household and placed it in the world you will be able to click on the Manage world icon beside the Build Icon.

I saved each time but the issue seems to have resolved. I did 2 things and I am not sure which did the trick. I removed my documents folder from icloud so I could is not backing it up now. I also moved the saved games folder to my desk top as well as my documents folder. It was either an issue with my saved games folder or with icloud backing the games up. Thanks again for your responses. 

I hate that! Why can’t we go to manage worlds from the main menu anymore?? I have to wait for a long load screen to get to live mode just to click manage worlds and wait through another load screen!! So annoying!
