Map not showing up

So i  installed Cottage living now when i start a new game Henford-on-Bagley is not showing up 
gameplay issue

@Aphreal and @TheOldGuy1965  Cottage Living isn't supposed to be available until 10 am Pacific, as in, 20 minutes from when I'm posting.  Please check back at that time.
