Meetups in Iverstad not happening

Meetups in Iverstad don't seem to happen.

I will get the notification that a meetup is starting in Iverstad and go to the central Island area with the wood shop kiosks. But there is never a meetup happening when there is supposed to be. Are the meetups in Iverstad located somewhere else? I've searched all over.  This issue doesn't seem specific to a particular meetup type. I've never seen a meetup event in Iverstad in the week I've been playing. 

My sim lives in Gammelvik. Meetups there do occur most of the time. There have been a few times they haven't even though I'm getting the notifications for when they start. 

Playing on PS5. No mods.
