Mid-August update: can't save game or access Build, Gallery

Windows. And the issue appears to have resolved itself.
Here's how it solved itself: from the home screen, I loaded a different save game. The Build and Gallery buttons did appear, so I quit without saving and went back to the main menu. I clicked on the info for the save game that had originally caused this glitch and saved the family to my gallery so I'd have a backup even if the save game was damaged in some way. Then, I opened their lot in Build mode from the Manage Worlds map. Since you can't get to "play game" from there, I made one minor change, saved it and went back to the map. After that, I loaded the save game file and it was back to normal. *Shrug* I guess it needed time or something?
