Do not have the stairs update/any new features of the most recent update.
I have updated my game on the EA app fully. Before doing so, I removed all of my mods. Kept my mods out and updated the game. Launched it and noticed I don't have the new stair feature. Restarted the game (still no mods) and I still do not have the stairs update. I've repaired my game, logged out of EA app, cleared cache - pretty much anything I could find online to do and I launch the game and still do not have the update features. :/
