Missing CAS Items

Missing a lot of CAS Items, from accessories on clothing to necklaces, scarves, hairstyles, hats, clothing. Have tried deleting my mods, repairing and even uninstalling and reinstalling and still having the same issue. Even the new world; there's 2 of them and one is completely blank?
