Missing Digital Garden Fairy Content and EA help is not helping

Question

I bought the pack “Enchanted by Nature” on 18.07.2025 and when I redeemed my code (I got a physical copy) it only gave me the pack - without the bonus content.

I see it being advertised on EA app all the time and it feels like they’re mocking me.

I tried using EA help to contact them but my case has been “waiting on player” since 19.07.2025 and I repeatedly tried clicking resume button, but it does not work. It directs me to he article about restoring missing content (that doesn’t help me at all) and I need some real help now.

My case number is #216553147 and I included a picture of the receipt I got. I don’t know what to do now, did anyone else had a problem like this?

The store is called “Media Expert” and I got a physical copy od the game. I got the code in the package, there are no CD’s now.&nbsp;

Thanks, if you didn't get an additional code for the extra content, you'll want to contact that retailer directly for that second code.&nbsp;
