Missing game content

I recently bought a game package called Jungle Adventure. After downloading it, I created a new game and a new household with one sim. None of the items from to create a sim are missing, but the whole world of Seldorado is missing. It's not in my saved plays, even if I create a whole new one. I tried downloading the content again, but it didn't help. What do I do?
