Missing upgrade technician from the services menu
Hi, I have the royalty and legacy pack but the upgrade technician is missing from the services menu. Should i be doing something else to find it? or is it like the tutor and it's a perk? Thanks

It should be in the “ hire services” section in the home app on the sim’s phone. It is towards the bottom of the list. If there are no items on the lot to upgrade it will be blanked out as not an option to choose, but it still should be there. Try seeing if it may be there, but just blanked out.
If it still isn’t appearing, and if you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
