More User Imprinting on Played SIMS: Routines / Custom Routines...

When playing any SIM for a time; it would be nice to have an option to imprint more of our own repeating actions upon them, and have those actions weigh a bit heavier in the Sims decision making proc...

@ttuthill This could be a pretty cool feature, especially with 8-Sim households or for players who rotational-play different households.

Maybe routines could also be listed under the individual Sims profile.

New moodlet options open up too: Angry/grouchy when their routine is disrupted, Happy while in routine.
