I have tried reloading after removing mods and the game still doesn't work correctly. I lost an entire legacy save yesterday after the update. Nearly all lots I've downloaded from the gallery are completely gone. Roofs won't place. Certain lots from my gallery won't place at all. The needs panel pops open and closed when I click to open it so I have to click twice.

Already tried all that. No mods installed. Cache file deleted. Repaired the game. Recovered the save file from the game menu. I cannot load any old save files. Endless loading screen. No error code. To be clear, I can load into a save file and I can load lots through the build mode but I can't load into anything with sims in it. I can't load into a lot in live mode at all for any save files created before the most recent update.

If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link.
Can't promise when I have the capacity to look at it but there is a possible issue with large family trees so it would be good to have your save.
