I play on PC through steam, and I just discovered that the latest Sims 4 update deleted THOUSANDS of files from my mods folder without my knowledge. I had them backed up thankfully, but that's a pretty big problem if you ask me.

are you using oneDrive ?
Do you not see them in the game or is the folder in documents missing the files ?
