My Big Voidcritter Child Slide

I have claimed the slide in the live event. Unfortunately, I do not have it in my build mode. Therefore, I am unable to see or use it. I can see the toddler version, but the child one is missing. Thanks for any help you can provide with this issue.

    Could you please provide the following information

    -  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    -  What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
    - Do you own Adventure Awaits ? You'll need the pack for them to show up.
