My game is stuck on loading screen after i selected a household
Hi i need help with something. Hello, I hope someone can see this comment and help me. So my game is opening just fine but when I click to open a household (any household) it's stuck on loading screen... I can see the plumbob turning and the comments under it changing, so it's not frozen, but stuck there for hours. I tried repairing the game or playing offline but nothing. I also tried to rename the sims folder, when I opened it I created a new character and it was fine, then I copied my save files from the rename file to the new the sims 4 file but when I opened the game, it was again stuck on loading screen when I clicked to open a household. Also I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and still nothing. This change was very sudden, one day I was playing just fine and the next it was stuck on loading screen. I don't think it has something to do with a mod/cc or a pack because it has been a while since I downloaded something new. I don't know what is wrong or if there is anything else I can do... is it the game's fault or could it be my laptop?
