my map wont load in when i press m or select travel on phone

hello simmers! i had been playing my game with mods and cc with no issues up until the 10th of jan 2024. it started after i downloaded a mod so i removed that mod and it didnt fix it so i recovered...

@lillianmae2871 Does it matter which world you travel to ? Have you tested without any mods/cc on a backup of your save game ?

It doesnt even open the select world menu, i press travel or m and it stays on the frosted loading screen with my sim in her home in the background, ive tried removing all the mods and cc and playing and it made no difference

I fully reinstalled the game, put my saves into it and it still is doing this:

  @lillianmae2871 Possibly corrupted save then.

    @crinrict Okay so i reinstalled my game and made a new save file with the same sim and house and now im having the issue where i click on a world from world selection and get the white screen, im about to gently scream
