My mobile phone on Sims 4 doesnt turn on

Hi, my mobile phone on Sims 4 doesnt turn on. Before, there were occasional times when it wouldnt open, but it would improve in a few days, but it stopped opening a few months ago and has been like this for months. (I click on it but nothing happens.) And I need to do bussiness call for my career, so I need the phone, I hope someone can help.
