Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app
i logged onto my computer after not playing the sims 4 for a long time, and when I opened the game I noticed that all my sims 4 packs were gone I used to have cottage living highschool years, island living snowy escape and spa day I spent so much money and time on those packs and I don't know what caused them to disappear. I really want them back because this is not okay I hope I can get my packs restored and if that's not possible I would like a refund for the money I spent
