My save progress is gone
My save progress is gone. I went to play my game through EA and when the game loaded I noticed "Start New Game" I play on PC. HP laptop. Windows 11 Please help! I had over 59 hours on this game!

It says it's under one drive
@knxcholx Could you check in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 if you have any save games there ?
I'm guessing your game was using the local one up to now and now changed to oneDrive.

It does has a "saves" folder. But, when I open it, it's empty. However, when the game is open, it shows a save file
@knxcholx Your issue is likely to be that you have a folder in OneDrive and a different one the game is using. Head to that link about OneDrive to get sorted so OneDrive isn't touching Sims and your files are all where the game actually is looking for them.

Scratch is a temporary folder that should get deleted when you close the game properly. Don't worry about that.My local drive has nothing in my documents. I think everything is in OneDrive
The folder under saves is titled "scratch"
