My sim cannot discharge anymore.

My sim used to have the ability to discharge her overcharge. I’ve noticed since adding more skills to her skill tree this option disappeared. Her charge was all the way in the red and I had to give her a break for a day or so because I could no longer have her discharge. This is her skill tree now.
