my sim goes to work or school very late and come home late

my sim goes to work at 6pm but she gets the option at 7 in the work menu it says work in 24 hours when it hits6. and she stays late at work

same for school  i dont use any mods only gallery stuff.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • Could you share a pic of your work menu ? 
    • What career is your Sim in ?
    • Does this happen for all your Sims or just one ?
