My Sims 4 Game Keeps Crashing

Lovestruck, For Rent, Horse Ranch, Growing Together, High School Years, Cottage Living, Snowy Escape, Eco Lifystyle, Discover University, Island Living, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, City Living, Get Together, Get to Work, Dream Home Decorator, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Vampires, Dine Out, Spa Day, Paranormal, Nifty Knitting, Tiny Living, Moschino, My First Pet, Laundry Day, Backyard, Romantic Garden, Coll Kitchen, Luxury Party, Greenhouse Haven, Bathroom Clutter, Everyday Clutter, Desert Luxe, Blooming Rooms, Fashion Street
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Entering CAS and leaving it. Usually on the loading screen while leaving CAS my game completely shuts down and opens the EA app.
What do you expect to see? I expect to leave CAS and go back to playing the game & to get through loading screens without my entire game crashing.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Starting happening after the update on 9/18/24
After the newest update on 9/18/24, whenever I try leaving CAS my game crashes during the loading screen. Sometimes it crashes during the loading screen while opening a save or even just while opening the game, but I've noticed it is always at the end of a loading screen. I'd say about 98% of the time it crashes when trying to leave CAS. There's been a few times where my game does not crash, but after testing it multiple times my game always ends up crashing. At first I thought it was an issue related to mods, so I tried the 50/50 method, but with no luck I started randomly removing certain mods I thought could be causing the issue. So eventually after 3 hours of trying, I went back to square one and removed all of my mods. Turns out, my game still crashes even after removing everything. I've tried repairing my game and I deleted the localthumbcache.package, but still no luck. I'm completely out of ideas on how to save my game and this is my last resort. Help/Suggestions on fixing my game would be most appreciated!
