@Closingwinter1 Have you tested an new save to see if it's the save game or a general issue ?
I just tested a new save and a really old game and it's still not working .

Did you delete all your cache files:https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/delete-cache-files/ ?Really a bit unsure what else to suggest especially since it works for residential lots.Is it any kind of community ? What happens if you switch a community to residential, does it start working ?EDIT: Are you clicking on the actual lot or the neighborhood icon ?
Newcrest doesn't have any community lots.
