My sims disappearing

Every time that I go into my game my sims  keep disappearing randomly and they may pop back in briefly but they end up disappearing i would like this bug fixed please it makes it almost impossible to...

Could you please provide the following information

  • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
  • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
