My sims keep glitching when I press woohoo option

It does not matter if it is on their bed, in the shower, or in a bush. Every time I press the woohoo with sim option they do their happy dance with each other, they "reset", and cancel the action. ...

I don't have the woohoo/try for baby option at all

    I have the option but both options result in the same thing where the sims glitch and cancel the action.
