My sims no longer have birthdays

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons, strangerville, get to Work, Werewolves, Vampires, Romantic Garden, Realm of Magic, Paranormal, Outdoor retreat, nifty knitting, my first pet stuff, Jungle adventure, island living, growing together, holiday celebration, city living, blooming rooms and backyard stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure, it just started about a week ago with no apparent reason
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims no longer have birthdays on the calendar, nor do they age even with a normal lifespan
What do you expect to see? birthdays back on calendar and my sims aging like normal
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
i have tried a few times to do the "repair" thing but no dice
