My sims skin keeps glitching in my game

Hey, I'm having a weird problem with the Sims 4. I removed all my mods and CC, repaired the game, and even checked my graphics drivers, but the skin textures are still glitching. It's really distracting, and I'm not sure what else to try. Has anyone else experienced this or know of a fix? Any help would be appreciated!

    Your Sim has the Emotional Void ailment (part of the Enchanted by Nature pack). They can get a cure from an Apothecary. I'm moving you over to Gameplay Questions in case you need more advice.
