My teen sims can't mess around

Hello!

My teen sims can't mess around. Whenever I click on a shower or a bed the option isn't even there. They used to be able mess around but then I broken them up and got them back together.

Both of their relationship's level are full and I don't use any mods.

Is there something I can do about it?
