Nature's Calling event rewards gone after game repair

are you using mods/cc ? What platform are you on ?

Did you try to filter by event in build mode ?

I am not using mods or cc. I play sims 4 on my windows laptop. I filtered by event rewards and the nature's calling rewards don't appear. I checked the base game woodworking table (since the reward woodworking table is gone) and I can't make the outhouse anymore. The new swimsuit event reward is also missing from CAS. So I think all the Nature's Calling event rewards are gone from my game.

I am not playing offline, my social features are on.

are you playing on Steam, EA app or Epic and if so, did you claim them on the same platform you are playing on now ?

I am playing on Steam/EA app because I have dlc on both. I usually launch the sims from steam and that is where i redeemed the event rewards. I just launched the sims 4 from steam and then again on the EA app and the rewards weren't there.

Did you do any other of the events and are those things still available ?

As a last resort, please try the following

- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. 
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
