[NCQE] Create Dining Chairs/Table/Wooden Throne & Music Station missing

I have the reclaimed wood working table. I'm handiness level 10. I can't find the option to create the reclaimed wood dining chairs from my wood working table. I have no mods.

Read an article on gamerant - they gave a tip that if you can't see the chair in the options, you have to claim the reward, which is the chair.

I am having the same issue. I craft 2 chairs, but the game doesn't recognize them, so I can't progress past this point. Can anyone help? I have used the woodworking table awarded and maxed out my Sims skill, but nothing. I run the game on a Windows 11 PC
