I have the reclaimed wood working table. I'm handiness level 10. I can't find the option to create the reclaimed wood dining chairs from my wood working table. I have no mods.

Read an article on gamerant - they gave a tip that if you can't see the chair in the options, you have to claim the reward, which is the chair.
Have you claimed it? serendipity38 You need to claim the Wooden Throne in the section where you claim all the event rewards before it will show up to be crafted on the workbench.

FIXED 8-1-25: Actually I didn't have to do anything at all! I had already finished those steps (I had been outdoors and to that park with my sims multiple times, why didn't it trigger before?) and there was nothing left to do so I was stuck at -5ep. I just logged in this morning and it's suddenly bumped forward and opened up the recipe on the handycraft table. Didn't do anything different or change anything, just logged in...maybe I just needed yet another restart of the game? Anyway, it's all better now and I'm very happy I can continue. Thanks! :)
Hello my issue is the wooden throne Does not come as an options, my sim is in level 8 in handiness :( I hope you can fix it soon enough, before the event is over :)
crinrict Hi, I tried claiming the throne on the event reward pop up. It says claimed but the outhouse doesn't show up in the BB catalogue or as a recipe on the woodworking table.
Are you on console or PC/Mac ?
PC. I tried it vanilla no mods, fresh save, no cheats. As you can see from the images, I have claimed it but it won't show up under BB or on the recipe list even if I have maxed handiness. Is there any way I can get these unlocks re-registered to my EA account since I assume something went wrong with registering the unlockable to my account and the event is about to end.
Try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
