[NCQE] Outdoor Loving Sim Can't complete task

I am trying to complete the "Have a Sim Spend Time Outdoors" task for Nature's Calling. However, my Sim has the trait "Loves Outdoors" and so I'm not getting the moodlet it seems the event calls for....

    For anyone having this issue, my missing "spend time outdoors" moodlet was solved by returning to the Foundry Cove location. The moodlet reappeared as soon as I traveled back to the same lot. Hope this helps!
