Need BFF for Friend of the World

Question

My sim is unable to become best friends, and this is preventing her from becoming Friend of the World. As a Serial Romantic and a Player, she has 8 relationship partners and 6 soulmates. She attempted to become best friends with several of her soulmates, to no avail. I thought maybe there was a problem with soulmate superseding best friend or something so I picked someone she was not in a relationship and this is how that is working out.

You really should be able to pick a new best friend whenever you want, kicking the old one to the curb (and refusing to elaborate), but, here we are.

Deviousity228&nbsp; Make a BFF is now in the Relationships&gt;Change Relationship submenu.&nbsp; It is not under the Friendly menu anymore.&nbsp; So, you are showing the wrong submenu in your pic which leads me to believe you are looking in the wrong place.&nbsp; So, click on the target sim again and find the Relationships option.&nbsp; You might have to click on More Choices first.&nbsp; If the option is not showing where it should be in the Relationships menu, then you've got something else going on.&nbsp; If so, come back and we can go from there.
Deviousity228 GalacticGal&nbsp; The game now allows you to have multiple BFFs.&nbsp; It was changed in an update, but I can't find which one it was atm.&nbsp; It has been a while though.&nbsp; I think it was with Growing Together or later.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Huh. I often have a Sim with that Aspiration. I wonder just what's up with your game? Have you tried a game repair? And by the way I do use mods, in fact I use MCCC to allow for more than one BFF. I hope the game repair sorts it out for you.
