Error code 10701 on Mac

so after restarting my entire game folder, i wanted to go into my game and change my graphics settings so my game can run smoothly but my game won't even launch and i keep getting error code 10701 and i dont know what is causing the issue

    Try restarting your Mac and then relaunching the EA app and see if the issue remains.
    If the issue remains, there is information in this link thread about error 10701 and what to do to help with the issue. The information about that error code is towards the bottom of the page
