Need of a Variety of 'Food Kits'

I've been thinking about the need for a greater variety of foods in The Sims, given its diverse cultural aspects. While I understand that it may be challenging to include every type of food, there is a noticeable lack of diversity in the current selection. Many users, including myself, would appreciate a kit that expands the range of available foods to better reflect the demands of the player base.

I would gladly welcome such a change and plan to embrace it with enthusiasm. Offering a variety of food experiences to players, regardless of their country or cultural background, could add an extra layer of enjoyment to the game.

Additionally, it would be fantastic to see the introduction of kitchen items alongside foods, similar to the 'Home Chef Hustle Stuff Pack.' For instance, in Asian cultures, rice is a staple, but meals are not composed solely of rice; there's the concept of 'banchan' or side dishes. Unfortunately, the Sims currently does not adequately capture the essence of 'banchan' or similar concepts. Introducing notions like 'table setting' or 'formal dining' in a new item pack could enhance the realism of the Sims world.

Consideration for traditional holiday foods from various countries would also be appreciated. In China and Korea, for example, special foods like tteokguk or dumplings are consumed during the New Year. While I understand that such events might be optional rather than mandatory in the game, having the option to customize and incorporate diverse cultural traditions would be a welcomed addition.

The addition of such diverse food content could significantly enhance the Sims experience, particularly as cooking at home is an essential aspect of the game. I look forward to the possibility of these subtle, everyday elements being incorporated, making the Sims gameplay even more enjoyable.
