Negative Household Funds

I just spent about 3 hours creating my sims, and went to go move them into a home when I'd finished. So, I go to move them on a plot, only to find that my household funds are almost negative 3 million. I tried turning on freerealesate but it still said I had insufficient funds. I tried restarting the game and typing the cheat again but nothing worked. This is really frustrating because I spent so long on these sims, and was really excited to play with them. I cant move them into another household or go back into CAS to put them into the gallery, because I've only just created the household. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this it would be much appreciated!! Thank you!!

    is this with or without mods/cc ? If you use them, have you tested without.

    Did you initially load the Sim from the gallery or created from scratch ?

    I have tested without, and nothing seemed to happen. I also made both sims from scratch.

    If you got as far as selecting a property then your sims will already be in the gallery.

    If you do a quick and dirty new Sim, does he have the same issue (without mods/cc).

    There is an old issue with negative funds but that only affects Sims that were downloaded from the gallery and is usually not that much negative.
