"Never Seen" bug turns dog blue

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats & Dogs, Vampires, Holiday Celebration Pack, Grim's Ghoulish Guitar, Free Trial City Living (but the free trial didn't even add or change anything in the game)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, but I started a new game, made two vampires, both male and married, two Huskies a brother and a sister, lastly made German Shepherd household member to the Huskies
What happens when the bug occurs? Dog turns blue
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my dog's colors to be correct.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I downloaded the free trial of City Living, which didn't work anyway, it forced me to restart my game multiple times and still didn't change or add anything. The only mod / custom content I added to my game is one that allows you to control pets and I've had that mod for years now, so I know for sure it is not because of the mod.
I had noticed the free trial of City Living and downloaded it, but after downloading the trial my game forced me to restart it multiple times before letting me create a new game or even play an old save. After finally getting it to allow me to start a new game none of the City Living pack was useable or in my game. I decided it wasn't worth getting mad about since it's only got one day left on the trial, so I had decided to just play like normal. I made two vampires, both male, and married. After the vampires I made two Huskies, a brother and a sister, followed by a German Shepherd as just a household member to the Huskies. I then began to play as normal, but within ten minutes my German Shepherd had turned blue! He started out fine. The dog is fine when I enter CAS, but back in game he still looks blue. Resetting/debugging does nothing to help. I tried saving the household and moving to a new save, but he still looks like this. (Also this bug/issue only applies to the German Shepherd. Huskies and Vampires are still normal.)
I do have one mod that allows the player to control pets, but that's the only thing I have added to the game. I have no custom content or any other mods. The mod I am using I have had for as long as Cat & Dogs has been out with zero issues. This only happened after downloading the unusable free trial of City Living.
I tried contacting over Twitter, but got no response.
