new bugged event
The Sims 4 has opened a new event, but not everyone can play it! The event has a bug in the quests! You can't see what's going on and you can't complete the quests. This is disgusting.

It has been frustrating for sure. Have you gotten through it? I finally got through it after several game repairs and then gave up and tried a new game which picked up where I left off in the older saved game. I wonder if the bug has to do with previous saves. It worked much better in the new one. Mods were all out. Once I got it done, my mailman stopped getting stuck too. I tried going back to my usual game (which is a fairly recent new save as well) and everything finally stayed completed. I was thrilled, lol. It was really annoying.
Yes! It finally worked. After hours of trying to play, restarting the computer and restoring the game lol. I'm happy to participate in the new event.
I'm glad it finally worked for you. I wish these things were so difficult with all the issues but honestly I was glad to finish it and move on. I want to participate and it's fun when it works but I'd much rather skip it when it's broken. Hopefully it's fixed by next week. :)
