New Sims 4 Base Game Items are not showing up in game

I got the new sims 4 base game update on Feb. 8 and I made a house with the new items and everything. I went to go play in the house for the first time since today, and none of the new base game item...

Try moving the following folder to the desktop Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\content.

Then start the game. This should prompt you to download the SDX again.
