I am trying to increase the sims in my household to more than 8. I have installed the MC mod that people suggest and in the live mode on house view, I can't seem to get the option pop up for that mod and I can't find anything else online that seems to change it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the mod several times but each time, it is the only mod that isn't working as intended. Is there a change that doesn't allow me to access it from a computer in game?
@Player_drefpef2 Try looking in this menu location:
MCCC > MCCC Settings > Gameplay Settings > Maximum Household Size
Be careful with this one. If you're going to increase the household size to more than 8 I think it might cause problems if you ever load this save while MCCC is not installed (like if you removed your mods for troubleshooting).
How do I access this menu? In the same place as cheats? I have tried placing a computer and accessing it but I haven't seen the menu path they mention (I don't know if I'm inadvertently accessing it through a sim but I hadn't figured out how to do it any other way). I also was looking for the deaderpool discord but I can't find the invite so I can ask them questions hence asking here.
@Player_drefpef2 You access the MCCC Settings menu by clicking on a computer.
Are you certain that you have the mod installed correctly? Are you seeing a MCCC menu when you click on a computer or on your Sim? You should also see an MCCC welcome notification showing your current installed version every time you launch your game.
I had gotten on the Deaderpool discord and had someone help me troubleshoot it. I needed scripts activated first apparently.

Check the box marked Script Mods Allowed.
