nifty knitting problem - Can't add items to wardrobe

Hey guys, maybe someone here knows a solution to this: I just got the "nifty knitting" add-on some weeks ago. After playing it for a while I notice that I only can add on version of a knitted cloth...

@Elyndra Could you post this in the bug forum: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/bd-p/The-Sims-4-Bugs ? Sorry, I wasn't specific enough in the German forum

There's a form you need to fill out that will help with some basic info. Make sure you switch AHQ to english so you can fill everything in
