Nifty Knitting, sim doesn't want to knit right now?

What happens when the bug occurs? The "knit" option is greyed out on both seats and the yarn box. When hovered over, it says "Isla doesn't want to knit right now"
What do you expect to see? The knit option
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Just bought nifty knitting yesterday and having problems. Sims has only knitted a couple of items and now "knit" is greyed out and when I hover over the text it says she doesn't want to knit right now. Needs are all good, don't understand why? Is this normal?
@avalonniasims What you are seeing is pretty normal for knitting when the knitting skill level is low to mid-range. Once they get to the higher-level skill levels, they usually don't get the option greyed out anymore nor the negative moodlets associated with it. And as @Wndblwz said, the moodlets will tell you why usually as well as how long you have to wait until the sim will knit again. It just takes a little patience.
