No items in inventory after starlight accolades

Hi! I’m not sure if this is related but when my Sims win a Starlight Accolade award, they can do the acceptance speech, but afterwards, the actual trophy doesn’t go in their inventory. So I have to use cheats and show hidden objects in order to get one for them to display in their house.

    @ChelleBelle716 Did you check the household inventory as well ?

    Are you on console as well ? If not, it's probably best if you made your own thread unless you have blank items.

    This can be closed, but I'm not seeing the option to "accept as solution" ?
