No items in inventory after starlight accolades

Hi! I’m not sure if this is related but when my Sims win a Starlight Accolade award, they can do the acceptance speech, but afterwards, the actual trophy doesn’t go in their inventory. So I have to u...

    @ChelleBelle716 Did you check the household inventory as well ?

    Are you on console as well ? If not, it's probably best if you made your own thread unless you have blank items.
