Unfortunately, this is standard practice, and I don't know what anyone can do- aside from contacting your local news to see if they will run a story about it, or contact someone in your govt. who deals with business practices.
- 6 years ago@InfiniteVerve Well I have to say they’ve got a * customer service. They don’t even provide live chat zzzz

@Asheisha96 agreed. Their "customer service" is not professional <discussion of moderation removed>
I would suggest that another idea is that you make sure to tell anyone you know (friends, family, acquaintances) about all of the issues, and show them the pages on here (bug reports, tech issues, as well as feedback section, and there are also people posting issues in the regular section of EA HQ). If you help your friends, family, and acquaintances by keeping them away from this product then they will be grateful that you were honest with them (unlike the marketing teams). That's what 'helping each other out' really means. And, who knows, you may even come across someone who takes note and is in a position to do something bigger.- 6 years ago
would it be possible to have a one on one chat or communication with one of the gurus? Like maybe one of them provides an online interaction to help players experiencing issues with their games?

@InfiniteVerve
Have you not noticed posts by people with EA_ before their username? They are people who work for EA. I apologise if you are new to this forum and don't understand how it works but this is not the official games forum where the gurus would typically post. Perhaps this page will help you understand the purpose of Answers HQ a little better - https://answers.ea.com/t5/help/faqpage
@Asheisha96
To expand on @jpkarlsen's advice, just because you haven't had a response doesn't mean it hasn't been seen. What were you hoping for someone to reply with?Edit - I see Crin has replied in your thread, I would consider that noted 🙂

I do understand how it works, and I take issue with it, as it seen by people as a place where EA properly addresses serious issues- rather than a fan site that helps people.Answers HQ is where primarily players help players - Answers HQ (AHQ) is more than a support forum — it's a global community focused on players helping players (taken from the link in my previous post). EA are also present and engaging but not in guru form. Maybe this is where your misunderstanding comes from?
Nothing wrong with negative feedback so long as it is constructive and actually contributes to a discussion. When it starts straying into a personal vendetta and disrupting threads where people simply want help or to chat about features, it’s not helping anyone. Perhaps your energy would be better spent contacting EA directly by email or mail and listing your gripes, it may even be quite cathartic 🙂
