Nordhaven White screen - believe a For Rent bug

Hi! I’m unable to load Nordhaven whatsoever from the Map screen. I had placed a lot from the Gallery and switched it to residential rental and had my sim buy it. However it doesn’t show up in her owned rental properties. She can enter the property and move about as if she owns it, but I have to load into that specific save to get to it, or load into the world via saves I have where they’re already in NordHaven. I can’t edit the Lot type to anything other than Residential Rental, I can’t move any sims into the Rental, and my sim can’t sell it cause it won’t show. So then I can’t load into NordHaven at all and get a white screen.

ive deleted mods, I’ve cleared cache’s, I’m not sure what to do.
