Not able to Open or Visit Evergreen Harbor after downloading Eco Lifestyle

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Evergreen harbor once open.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am not able to select on any neighborhood or lot on Evergreen Harbor. The community spaces show up with blank descriptions and I am not able to access any of the lots/any part of the world.
What do you expect to see? Available lots to click on and being able visit Evergreen harbor.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I bought Eco Lifestyle and installed it on my PC

I have the same issue and with I only have one evergreen harbor

This is what pops up when I try to open the world. None of the lots load and I am not able to a move a sim in. I have no MODS or CC installed
