Not all debug items showing

Hi, I have a question, recently I formatted my computer and since my sims folder was on a drive other then system drive. (I have SSD drive on which I have windows installed and other HDD drive on which I save all my games) I didn't need to reinstall sims. But obviously some folder is always created on your system drive, like in Program Files or something, I'm not sure where. And I don't have it there, I was also looking for Maxis or Electronic Arts folder in register (regedit) and there is none, but my game still works fine. Almost perfectly fine, the issue is that I don't have all the debug items. I'm typing testing cheats, bb.showliveeditobjects, bb.showhiddenobjects, bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement and only get few of debug items, like cups, some plants that You can grow etc. but I don't get cars, rocks, waterfall really most of the items I used to have when I searched "debug". I searched the internet and I found few solutions such as searching for unknown, remote and picking remoteTv GP09GEN01 set1 or not typing anything and just hiting the enter button, that doesn't help either. When I picked my old build filled with debug items (rocks, plants, waterfall) and put it on a lot items are there. Whats more weird, I downloaded a "better build buy" mod and since it gives every item an individual name I was able to copy debug items, and I can place them, but they still doesn't show in my build mode. So it's as if they were somewhere but my game doesn't see them? I also tried repairing game with origin, that didn't help. I was thinking about downloading debug folder from the internet and putting it manually in my files but first of all I can't find debug folder to download anywhere (only mods that unlock more debug items, but they are flagged as CC and I don't want that), and secondly I don't really now where this folder is supposed to be. And if someone is wondering, when I disable my mods, I also don't have this items. I really don't want to download whole game again since I have a lot of EP etc. and it would took hours. So maybe someone knows what I can do about it? I really want to leave reinstalling whole game as a last resort.
