Not being able to go to or to create a Sim's Funeral

Hello,

I am one of those Simmers who likes to play with multiple households. I also do have the Life and Death Pack. I had this happen twice already where I was playing another household and I got the message that a Sim from one of my Previous Households has died. And there are three suggestions as to separate them and their possions or have them as a ghost or something like that. But there is no option for me to click and go to a funeral that I want to create. Why is that?
