[NOT BUG] [GTW] Ghost assistant at hospital

When my sim went to the hospital to give birth there was a ghost working at the front desk. You can see it Here.  I think this might be a bug, because I think ghost aren't supposed to work...

Well, so this is common then? I'd rather if ghosts could rest at last.
